Ringuo exists because small and medium businesses in Canada deserve a phone presence that competes with larger operators — without hiring a call centre or writing a line of code. We built a platform that lets any business owner configure a voice agent, get a Canadian phone number, and go live in under 30 minutes.

We are a small team based in Canada. Our customers are gym owners, clinic managers, e-commerce boutiques, and property managers. We talk to them directly. When something doesn’t work, they reach the people who built it.

Ringuo runs on AWS in Canada (ca-central-1) — your account and stored data live there. Voice itself is processed in real time by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Deepgram, ElevenLabs and Cartesia) that may operate outside Canada. We publish a DPA and a full subprocessor list, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
