How fast can I go live?

Set up your agent — pick a template, then tailor its prompt, voice, and knowledge base. Once your plan is active, a phone number is assigned automatically and your agent starts taking calls. A basic agent can be live in minutes; the more you customize, the longer it takes — entirely up to you.

What languages are supported?

English and French, on every call. Agents understand and speak both, and you can route between them mid-call.

Can I use my existing phone number?

A fresh Canadian number is assigned automatically when your plan activates. Bringing your own number (porting) isn't self-serve yet — contact us and we'll help.

What does it cost?

Can it transfer to a human?

Yes. Agents can warm-transfer a caller to a real person, with DTMF and language-based routing to reach the right team.
